Bourbon Babes started with 2 childhood friends and a love for crafting. After purchasing a couple of barrel heads at the “127 Yardsale – World’s Longest Yardsale” and refinishing them, Angie and Dawn fell in love with restoring bourbon barrels. This led to making other crafts and eventually the business known as Bourbon Babes. After several years of creating unique treasures from barrels, the business has grown to include wedding and event decor rentals (including barrels, of course!). Angie and Dawn have been friends since grade school. They both have enjoyed careers in the dental field for 25+ years and currently work at Amelia East Family Dentistry. Angie is a dental hygienist and Dawn is an office manager. Although they both love their dental careers, crafting and barrel creations come in a close second!
